  1. dont trust anyone to refill ur ms200t with oil !
  2. if you have put a weight bag on the end of your climbing line and thrown it to advance up the tree ,it gets stuck and you pull the heck out of it to retrive ...put ur visor down or it might just slam you in the face

  5. hey tommer,i will let you know a husky is hard to beat,i have a 394 xp,its 10 years old and one power house of a saw,a1 starter,and plenty of life left
  6. sell it and get a 395 xp,3120 is top of its game for big stuff,and a right handfull to use. if its like new its worth good money to the right person,hope this helps
  7. use a girth,hitch.Pass the eye through the anchor point on capston and work the end through the eye

  11. your best bet is two klf 220 s there so bomb proof and you can work them if needed[when there in school] ha ha . cheap to

  13. loads and loads mate im hunting for one got 9 grand to spend and there so hard to come by ,there is a dog on ebay for 4500 at the moment . Best of luck tho,dorset steam fair is a real eye opener tho to the county world.
  14. i insured my tractor yestarday and they told me quote ,because im a tree surgeon we will not insure you under agri ,i had to insure under contractors policy for forestry work . It costs me 240 pounds a year
  15. Does anyone on here read forestry and timber ,and seen the helicopter saw ? well worth a look ,used for power line clearance work

  17. think twice cut once ! thats what i say ,and i agree silkys are the root of all evil when tree work is concerned ,the ammount of time i have butcherd myself ,rushing or just plain disregard
