  9. was chatting to my bank manager the other day and apparently her husband has come up with some kind of gps device that tells you wot trees have had work carried out on them and type of work, he's hoping to sell these to large tree firms that can keep a record of whats been carried out on the trees id imagine its ideal for parks and cemetries and local council trees but would us small time firms need a new shiny fandagaled device
  10. if youve never applied for a tender, ya gona have problems trying to win it, you have to provide evidence that youve done tenders in the past and that includes bank details and evidence that it was done in time if you have never done one before how do you provide evidence??

  13. richard at kingswood training offered a very reasonable price to do a refresher course in specific units, was suprised at how much it was and i think it had to be a group booking
  14. as always tommy, simply amazing, will you be at the APF carving?
  15. im gona be going to the apf but from manchester, will be arriving in manc land on thursday and avin a few beers in the city, then will be travelling down with mozza and a mate of mine on friday, which means theres gona be a couple of spare seats, were all chippin in with the fuel. will be travelling down early friday morning, then camp over and then leave for manchester late afternoon on saturday, if ya want a lift drop me a pm or just comment below, only comment if ya can definetly make it please
  16. thats good to see, id imagine it'l be primary schools but only 250 schools, hmm im sure the goverment can afford to do a few more, but considering the cut backs with the public sector theres more chance of my public library closing than getting some elms planted in Faversham
  17. update on the elms,stil no work has been done on them,more annoying is that there are 4 more elms further along the road and they appear to be on their way out as well,sad to see
