  3. No mate, The diversity of rope diameter available is pretty big, or at least bigger than you would think, as the boundaries are seperated by 2mm. it is usually between 11.1-13mm. Have a butchers on sites like this, Not the biggest collection but enough to get an idea. Climbing Rope - Treeworker.co.uk

  10. Thanks Doug. Hadn't really looked at it from that angle, I suppose your right. Its the only thing that diffrentiates her property from every other in her concrete jungle of an estate. Its a nice tree with no defects etc. I guess it will be nice to really look at the work ive done in the years to come. Thanks for your input buddy:thumbup1:

Thanks mate, just thought it was a bit more fitting to say I wasnt massively happy, instead of "hey look at this Sh*t hot reduction ive done on a small tree for my cousin, im the best and ive only been doing this 18 months!" which gets said all to often I think. Thanks for the words mate, means alot coming from experienced proffessionals. (or whatever you lot are:001_tt2:) I hope not buddy, Ive loved every minute so far.   18. Did this little reduction for someone in my family the other day, never worked on one of these before. What do you guys think? Im not massively happy with the shape, but it was to a relaxed spec. I think I could of done worse though, please voice your opinions:thumbup: Matt. P.s Sorry about crap before pic!
  19. Yeah, I do like it. I used it for a little while when I bought a few meters when it was half price at the open, at merrist wood last year. Proper good durability, grips reliably, heats up quite a bit though. But I think its definetly worth a go, I only stopped using it because of its cost, and that,I,personally think that there are plenty of other cords on the market that work just as well. Give it a go though mate!
