  2. Buy a mac
  3. Or if you want to get an enormous Mac buzz - visit an Apple Retail Store, like the one in Regent Street Apple Retail Store (United Kingdom) - Regent Street (God, aren't we (mac enthusiasts) a sad/passionate bunch!?)
  4. I'd definitely recommend the MacBook, I use both pcs and macs and there is just no comparison.....Macs are so user friendly and they never let you down. They're also the best choice for graphics and iPhoto enables you to organise your snap shots effortlessly. (They may be more expensive than their rivals, but then a Porsche is more expensive than a Ford). If it doesn't have to be a laptop, the iMac is also worth considering. imo macs are quite simply the best (Mind you, it might be so good that your wife might want to nick it, there ensuing another problemo ) Shop Mac - Apple Store (U.K.) Here's a couple of web companies I've used in the past for mac purchases: http://www.cancomuk.com/ http://www.jigsaw24.com/Default.aspx but Apple online store is also fine and dandy

  16. Rupe, I've had this problem with Barclays on line banking before. If you go in via Personal Banking - Barclays Personal Banking, then log-in at Online Personal Banking, it works for me that way. (It's a security thing they told me)

  18. Have a look at the Slagkraft chain swipe. This is a mega chain swipe mounted on an excavator, basically a strimmer for a digger, costs little to run in parts etc only a chain, will cut through a 100mm dia. tree and can be mounted on an excavator powered by the hydraulic hammer circuit. It would make quick work of your gorse. It can be easily fitted to any excavator with a hammer line. Have a look on the Cranab cranes web site to see the Slagkraft machine. Link here: Slagkraft Swipe
  19. Here's our link Progress Trousers from Clark
  20. Being new on the market, time will be the judge of that, but SIP are sure they will be........... (not much of an answer, I know ). They are very well manufactured, double stitching in areas that matter etc.
  21. Feedback has been very positive - good freedom of movement with the stretchy material - even the kevlar knee pads stretch. Water also wicks off material, which is helpful in this weather! Just weighed them - Progress = 1.51kg, Gladiators = 1.63kg. Hope this helps
  22. Yes, it's the SIP Progress Type A's that Jo's been modelling......
  23. oh, what a shame - it looks more like an elephant at the back end (Once saw a bald hedgehog - looked just as ridiculous)
  24. We've not got everything on the web yet, but some of the hooks are on: Logging Hooks in Clarks online shop As Jojam says, speak to Colin, he'll be able to sort you out.
