Lunch is 1 avacado and 3 boiled eggs mashed up, with raw garlic chilli and olive oil, then add a tin of mackerel and 1 squeezed fresh lime. Absolutely delicious and cheap!

Dont believe the gopro hype, plenty of choice out there... Dont forget youtube compresses the quality anyway so paying however much on a camera is going to be dulled on YT. Check out contour roam, cheap and 1080 pixel, HD Drift are good too.

24 eggs cost about $9, veggies about $20 a week, meat on top, maybe another 20. Its fuel for your body, isn't it worth putting in premium instead of low grade crap? What happens when you run your car on cheap fuel?

My headaches have gone, asthma is much more in control, use inhaler less, head is really clear, loads of energy, wide awake! Before I felt lethargic, tired all the time, headachey bloated. Believe the hype Stevo. Steak and broccoli for dinner, avocado for starters, with olive oil, raw garlic salt and chilli. Sound bad to you?
