  5. Rik, I saw this the other day, it might have some information you could use... You maybe able to email the doc with some questions...? Pretty eye opening [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD4I1VrdgMw]O World Project Interview - Dr. William Davis - author of 'Wheat Belly' - YouTube[/ame] Good luck
  6. Exact rich.
  7. So, on a side note, I have found that the less crap you put in your body, the less gets crapped out, if you catch my drift... I did some research and found this to be true for a lot of others. The body makes so much more use of real food. A lot of waste is peed out instead of pooped. I have lost 4lbs since Sunday and eat like a king, don't miss any of the takeaways or garbage.
  8. Nothing beats freshly laid eggs!
  9. Hehe. Starting to see a visual change in my appearance now, feeling great.
  10. I eat 6 a day. Might be too much... but I need the fat
  11. More fruit and veg Paul...
  12. I also felt great today. My shoulders dont ache anymore, much more strength when lifting wood, and endless energy... As the yoof of today say, 'BOOM!'
  13. Tut tut tut on the ketchup.... I just watched this. Very interesting! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD4I1VrdgMw]O World Project Interview - Dr. William Davis - author of 'Wheat Belly' - YouTube[/ame]
  14. Heres a link for the OP. http://www.treebuzz.com/pdf/speedline_variations_1.pdf
  15. What has the trivect video got to do with this thread? NOTHING!
  16. Also zip lines are even simpler. Attach rope to tree, sling on branch. Get groundy to old rope in desired landing zone, cut branch. Easy.
  17. Substitute crackers for wine then :0
  18. Even on big wood? + 30 inch ?
  19. Mr Benn, as if by magic.
  20. ? Mine always lines up right too.
  21. Everybody is different.. this has been discussed at length in the past.... I make my horizontal cut first, so you can use the gunning sights correctly aiming the tree where you want it, then I make the diagonal cut.....
  22. I think its both.
  23. 090?
  24. Good to hear you getting on well with it.
  25. Nice one mate. First day back at work today for me too and I have loads of energy. My crew are in mcdonalds as we speak, I couldn't think of anything worse to put in my stomach lol
