  2. Mark, looked like reduction from over property? Did look a tad slippy. Good way to free up groundcrew Reg, efficient.
  3. Slightly off track but not alot, my Grandad was diagnosed diabetic at 80, gave up sugar, and lived to 104. RIP
  4. Too many wraps!1!!
  5. Eat then! If you're hungry. Just make sure its good stuff, no crap. Coupla boiled eggs, some nuts, fruit. I feel really great today, loads of energy, clear head, no shoulder pain (had it before paleo), am feeling the need for a deep tissue massage to aid things along too.
  6. Whats wrong with rigging big bits with a capstan? We do it ALL the time, and we have one of the stein capstan jobbies.. that only comes out for BIG work. I tell ya weve done some big stuff with just a capstan. Good job btw, I hope you moved that saw before you dropped the stick

  8. It's ok, we all know Stevie is the biggest sugar addict in toon, he wouldn't be able to survive without it!
  9. Its hard coming off 'Crack' Stevie
  10. Are you saying to me that your 'reduction' is in the same spec as this tree? Which is sycamore, and has 'some' growth points left on it.
  11. AND He's got 6 kids to feed!

  20. The only time I got really sh1t scared was after installing my rope in a big silver maple, stated up it and heard some scratching noise near my anchor point, a female raccoon with babies! I got the freck outta there! Dangerous animals! Just saw this from Lawrence over here - meet Pfanner man [ame] [/ame]

  22. Tea last night was onion sliced thick, fried in olive oil, with garlic, two thinly sliced chicken breasts, steamed brocoli and red/yellow peppers, with cajun spices and more chilli. Breakfast, onion garlic chilli, spinach 3 eggs and a tin of mackeral all together scrambled. Delish! Feel really bright and fresh today, even though its -14c outside.
  23. I'm sure you wouldn't be supplied with the older one, the new one had been out a while.
  24. Won't do you any harm mate!
  25. Good stuff Jaime. Baked beans out of a can are full of sugar! So steer clear of them, and beans, lentils-pulses aren't good on this. Once your body has used all the glycogen stores up, you will feel it, sleepy, tired, drained, then you are in ketosis.
