  1. Mine has now done a fair old bit of work,& seems to be faster in the cut, this little saw is a belter. More & more i'm being asked to do mewp work for other contractors,& the 150t is a great basket saw,as well as climbing. A spud one will be interesting,my 200t that the guru fettled is outragous in bigger wood!
  2. Thats a low thing to do. I bet they were ram raiders though...
  3. You look well oiled there mate, hope you got the right tooth...
  4. :laugh1: Pulled two of mine when I was younger, too soft now. I took a broken front tooth out with a tea spoon & drawing compass, worked quite well.
  5. Looks good Silky, might have to get one of those to 'enhance my erm, image' when I go up the grab a granny night next week!
  6. I think the guy has shown great aptitude,I mean,he has looked at the problem & tried to resolve it from different directions,(the cuts & flays demonstrate this well). He could go far, & I would recomend to him that he enters ino politics,he has abundantly demonstrated his flair for that line of work.
  7. Go on your own, keep it calm & just do your own thing. I can see this not being an easy run for you, your relative sounds very controling from what you have said,& sometimes these people dont let go too easy. So tread careful, try not to do or say anything that could look antagonistic,& go about your own busines nice & quietly.
  8. Had one of these,nice bikes,enjoy!
  9. Sickening, thats what comes to my mind.these people must be proud to be cowards, trying to steal other peoples work stuff,& destroying it if they dont get their way.
  10. That calls it straight Reg, Good bit of banter with a competetive edge, nowt wrong with that.
  11. I tie my end of day destination into my bootlaces as I knot them in the morning ,& hope I end up undoing the last knots of the day in the same place.
  12. Yep me too, about three years ago,all I got out of it was a stiff left wrist & a certain squint:001_huh:
  13. That takes some thinking about,I can relate in some small way,my mother,& bless her for my mentioning her,has experienced large blocks of memory loss, the past,& often recent stuff. Never forgets the most trivial of family things in the days to come, her reliable brain is only locked into the future. Same person, same love, but a big hollow that she is aware exists,it frightens the begisus out of her at times, knowing.
  14. I got them,well done mate.
  15. That too!, its all coming off when the weather breaks, should make a few birds nests, that & the dog hair, they love it.
  16. Mais non! She's not exactly romantic, she only realy likes cakey buns & getting me involved in a the odd bit of diy:blink:
  17. Now theres an idea that's worth a pop,I have been thinking about getting a place in France, got French O' level,& have travelled over there, might be an idea to brush up on my French, kills 2 birds with one stone!
  18. Good post, nice to get some serious & interesting posts along with the 'other stuff',.
  19. Yep,Ive had a few head taps, must have got knocked out ten or more times, worst one gave me a bad headache etc for a few weeks,I crawled out of hospital in confusion after a day or so because I was the only one not getting any grub,& none of the other sods would even give me a bit of toast, passed out numerous times trying to work out where I was & get home only to be rescued & dropped off by a passing mate who thought I had been out on the razzle, even though I had a bust jaw & closed up eyes.( bike accident).
  20. I think it drains down Mark, that could explain the gout in me big toe!
  21. Might be worth a try. Iv'e been writing stuff on the back of my hand, but what with the cold air & a drippy nose to sort out at work it all ends up a blur!
  22. Hmmm, same as.
  23. Arghh! ........actualy I'm not sure now!
  24. Thanks mate,I realy struggle at times,& it is a right royal 'pita' with some of the small work stuff that pops up during the day.
