  1. Nince one Tom- ill see what i can come up with. All that remains is to get the job finished tomorrow, and try to train-it up to taunton.
  2. I think the APF site has crashed:lol: I tried to get on it to be given a message saying the site owners server has reached their bandwidth limit:laugh1: Does anyone know if you have to prebook tickets, or can you pay on the gate?

  10. 4-5/ hoppus foot deliverd in yes- about 2/foot roadside unless of exceptional length and clear- ie furniture grade, and dont be offering too much if you have to extract... Oak is very hard to come by at the mo..

  15. A protected tree planted in a Cornish village to celebrate the Queen's Silver Jubilee has been vandalised.
  16. you wont find one on a defender. you carrying alot of weight all the time? that will prematurely wear the brakes. are you in very dirty conditions ?Imerys get abiout 2 weeks to a set of discs in the clay pits!!!They are usually about 2mm thick when they ahve finished with them!!! (silica everywhere)

  18. I wouldnt recommend any blower that size, My mate has a 600, and TBH it just gives you back ache and arm ache. IMO its way too powerful unless you are clearing rubbish out of a stadium or something. We were doing a job last year and we lifted the tarmac on the road with it!!!!
  19. No- that was just pulled away from the trunk of the tree. You can see the root buttress under the tip of the wedge there. They went right round the tree, and 12 months before, there was no sign of it at all.
  20. I have a few from an ash i took down earlier this year....
  21. Yes- i have the standard one for non milling use (which is most of the time) and fit the HD one when milling. It has a sponge, a different coloured plastic body, and a felt thing to go on the outside:001_smile: In fact, ill dig it out and get a pic. It does have stihl written on it too. i am more than prepared to believe that i am too much of a dunce to notice any lack of performance mind you:blushing:
