  1. I use Husqvarna files.....actually thats a lie, I use them cos I work for them lol!
  2. AutoTune version now in stock too!!
  3. Its on the website already - its a Zenoah machine as we bought them about a year ago. In the US recently I asked the product manager when we can expect a new Husky designed top handle and he reckoned 18 months from now.
  4. Come and try one at FR Jones show in August!
  5. I hate them with a passion...........BUT, the 346 isn't a bad little saw? Surely a contradiction in terms!!
  6. I'll be there (in the guise as Husqvarna of course!). 346XP anyone?! ;o)
  7. Stihl are obliged to carry spares for machines for 10 years after they discontinue making them, and even after that its worth checking with them!

    357xp

537 25 65-01 handle part no on 2007 bulletin for 357XP (check with dealer for verification) 503 62 67-71 handle part no on 2007 bulletin for 372XP (again check with dealer!)
  9. 372/365's will become X-Torq once the old models are sold out - I will try to confirm a date. The 576 has 33 changes on the engine compared to the 575 and is already X-Torq. 576 is going amazingly well (now we have stock), 346 is 60% up 1st quarter '09 compared to '08. Just wait for the 576XP AutoTune.......

    Is this true?

Working on it. Plenty of good ground saws however - especially the XP range if you don't know them.

    Is this true?

Treebeard is nearly right! Husqvarna were spun off by Electrolux in April 2006, and now float on the Swedish stock market. Amongst the brands we own are Husqvarna, Flymo, Partner, McCulloch, Zenoah, Peerless, Gardena, Jonsered - and thats before we even start on the construction products! Net sales in 08 were approx SEK 32000million (Swedish Krona) which at todays exchange rate is £2500million. Its all on the Husqvarna - Global Leader in Outdoor Power Equipment website if you're interested. Bigger than most realise..........
  12. Definitely go for a 576XP - they are the db's.
  13. We're nothing if not generous us Swedes!
  14. 576XP - all the way. Great vibration figures etc, some really good reports from happy customers. Stihl 'borrowed' our anti-vibe system for the 441.
  15. Thanks Mr MonkeyD for the sponsor, the world of arb rallies around!
  16. Thanks also to mistertee and allhazzard that have sponsored me too, very kind one and all. Is it worth a sticky Steve B?
  17. Thanks to Steve B for sponsoring me. Cheers buddy!! www/justgiving.com/jameswoodbridge
  18. Hats off to you for that!! They do organise some cracking events all over the country, its only the London to Brighton that is the most well known. For a list of all events try here:- British Heart Foundation - Events
  19. No I've just realised that - my apologies to alhazzard and thanks to you both!
  20. Top man, if you are alhazzard then thanks very much!
  21. Hi all Am relatively new to the site but met a few of you over the weekend at various events. Just a scrouging mail basically. I'm doing the London to Brighton cycle ride on Sunday 21st June in aid of the British Heart Foundation, its 54 miles and I am currently in training so I don't make too much of an arse of myself on the day! I lost my father 11 years ago at the age of 54 to a heart attack, and hence the reason I am supporting this very worthwhile charity. He had all the signs of a heart attack waiting to happen, overweight, smoked and drank too much and didn't excercise (other than work related as he was a farm animal vet in Wiltshire.) If you have a couple of quid to spare I'd be very grateful to take it off you. If not then no worries either. Just go to my donation website which is BHF Main events site - James Woodbridge's Fundraising Page . Thanks all and hope my sore arse will be worthwhile lol
  22. How much discount do you think we give to dealers?!
  23. Jonsered saw is the same as the T425 from Husqvarna - just painted red! Full RRP is £379 inc VAT, but I'm sure there are deals out there.........
