most nites !!!! my dad spent EVERY nite in the pub !!! never there when i needed him, never ther to give encourgement, only thing he could do was belittle me in front of his boozing mates ie, 1, said is the lad going tree man & the reply came( blah,blah well not getting banned for bad launguege) & i he wondered i left to set up on mi own ,got to the point i lost all respect for him ,when i got my first chipper he said what you bought that for it,ll only break down & cost money !!! yea right thanks for that ! now own 6,acre s off woodland no morgage & good sized detached house sod all morgage great wife 3,great kids what more do you need we go out once a week & its a familay afair usaly for a meal & thats quality time :thumbup1:god i think thats a bit deep & from me but must

another option is if your well pally with a couple of other tree lads is buy some where & devide between you, so what you may have a morgage on the land, BUT no one can turf you off becouse they have had a change of heart 2,yrs down the line or buy it & rent bits out to cover/part cover out goings on it ,buying my yard was probaly 1, of my better bussiness moves
