  1. Morning, dry here! Yesterday was a monsoon, I swear I saw a line of animals in 2’s heading to a big wooden boat!
  2. Morning, we had it dry at work yesterday, insulated boiler suit was on in the digger with heaters all day though!

  9. Happy Monday folks, crazy rain through the night with blue skys here now, could have done with the heating on this morning. Back to the pink castle today for 2 weeks of more storm damage tidying up.

  13. After selling my digger last year and it sitting in 1 for about 10 months I’ve been on 1 now for 6 weeks helping a mate out and my own work is quiet. Yanmar 2.6 tonner. Have to say the power in this machine is amazing, every day it impresses me. The additional ballast I think makes a big difference, I was always in zero turn machines but I wouldn’t go back for woodland work.   14. As above, give it plenty of water before hand, make sure it’s new hole has plenty of peat or leaf mould in it and take as much ground as possible. good luck
  15. Morning, forgot yesterday as I was up and away early, didn’t finish till after 10pm so a bit sore and tired this morning. Weathers either run from the torrential rain or taps aff up here just now. Currently dru with blue skys just now.

  17. Happy Saturday folks, suns out here! Off to finish a Robo job today. Got the felling job finished yesterday and machines moved on for Monday. Not a bad week for just me and 1 cutter, big bandit certainly earned it’s money. before and after of the view.
  18. Morning, blue sky here. Finishing up this weeks felling job, only 6 trees left to do and process and a wee tidy up.

  20. Morning, think I missed yesterday! It was dry then wet! Good day on the Robo. Currently drizzle just now, physio then back to sitting in the digger.
  21. Morning, dry here but has been raining through the night. Starting a new felling job today at a new build, I was on the last job for 5 weeks there so a change of scene.
  22. Morning, bit of rain last night which will dampen the tree pollen. Off to do a wee Birch hang up as I’m busy rjsewhere through the week.
  23. Morning! Dry but it’s been damp through the night. Last day on this job, it’s like paradise working in this little estate behind the electric gates, hopefully get back for phase 2 soon.
