  1. Good morning guys, breezy night last night and fare gusting just now! Log burners on and kettles going to be getting well used today!
  2. Good morning indeed Jase! That’s much more upbeat than just morning!😎 Frosty here, coffee and toast done. A day robo cutting for me.
  3. Morning, Maybelateron best of luck today! just been to physio, finished my breakfast roll and cuppa and haveing a week off pottering about.
  4. Morning, coffee and toast and out for an hour or so walk, more snow last night on the tops. Just sitting down to toast, sausages, black pudding, haggis and bacon. No eggs, rookie mistake and beans would be nice to but I’ll carry on regardless.
  5. Morning, bitter cold here this morning, first sign of snow on the mountain too. Might have to put 2 T shirts on today!
  6. Mick it’s amazing how a little touch of nature all to yourself can pick up your spirits!
  7. Afternoon, had lads out working this week trying to blitz through jobs to get them off the list, that’s my excuse for being late this week! List is near empty, half shift tomorrow then back to doing nothing, well Robo flailing but that’s kinda like walking a big remote controlled dogo!

  9. Morning, winds picked up and rains been through the night, blustery here today. Hopefully roads and bridges are re opened and we can get to todays job.
  10. Evening! Clean forgot today! Cracking Autumn day here, roads closed to jobs but when you know the back forest tracks there’s always a way! 17 degrees at 3pm here!
  11. Morning chaps, monsoon all night and still raining, by midday it’s to be the highest recorded levels on our local river. Our Old Bridge is still going strong, when it’s up over the edge you know it’s been raining hard!
  12. Morning, monsoon here since 6pm last night, hasn't stopped! Good fun jumping in puddles coming back from the pub last night though! A day of logburner , food and Netflix me thinks!
  13. Morning folks, high winds last night woke me up and I can never get rid of that anxious excited feeling when the gusts start! As I lay there thinking of what jobs I was going to do today I did my morning ritual of checking my bank app to see who’s paid and oh to my delight is the 2 weeks of flailbot work I finished last Friday sitting in my account, that certainly helped my anxious tummy and scored a few jaggy tree jobs of todays to do list!😂. Have a Good Friday!
  14. Good morning, my body knows it’s Thursday ! Off to do some polesawing to give a digger some room on a pipeline job they are on then back to flailing, have a good day folks.

  16. The most evil thorny jaggy bush tree I’ve ever had to deal with, the pain from the jabs, the puss in the jab holes oh and the smell of the burst berries! That was 30 years ago and they still haunt me 😂. Sorry I couldn’t help, just had a wee flashback!

  24. Morning! Doug hope you feel better soon! Nice morning here, I didn’t bother closing curtains last night and not light till just before 7am now. I best go get the kettle on and make the peaces for lunch.
