  1. Addendum 3 too late
  2. As above, cashflow way down due to wet ground - can't extract timber out of sensitive site. Forwarder been parked up for over 10 weeks
  3. Reason 78937374638383847383848483647484 to get out of the EU then
  4. Similar mate, young lad at the pay-at-pump, moped run dry, debit card wouldn't work during the Natwest muck up. Had can of petrol in the boot, gave him a couple of litres.
  5. Is it near where it was registered?
  6. Thus guy does super steep... Cornish Plant Machinery and Equipment Hire | Plant Hire in Cornwall
  7. £775... and I'll collect
  8. Have they binned the LCV8 now? Current LC has a 2.8 4-pot, what rubbish. I've been reading a lot; merc ditched their traditional i6 for the v6 but are bringing the i6 back. I6 well understood to be perfectly balanced, no need for balancer shafts of a v. Bmw i6 is all allu/magnesium block, always preferred cast iron block but long term oil leaks with ally head on a inline... Ford bless em have cast iron heads now, fair play:thumbup1: There's a good VM Motori 3.0 V6 in some yank truck, hoped it might be in the Jeep Grand Cherokee but no... Specific fuel consumption was superb in that Isuzu in the saab.
  9. There's an old trick that saves even worrying about the timing stuff - assuming there is access... Will elaborate when I'm more with it!
  10. Got one too:thumbup:
  11. The 2.5 in the Omega was a BMW engine tho! The six was anyway... I really don't want to own a BMW tho, I like to be let out of junctions sometimes!
  12. I'm looking for a new car in the New Year. Owned Saab 9-5 (Isuzu) 3.0TiD and Passat V6 TDI. Overall reliability is the prime objective since I'm fed up with CCM and other electrics in the VW - getting troublesome. I'm aware of the following but have I missed anything? 1) Jaguar 2.7d (PSA/Ford V6 engine), also fitted in Pug 407. 2) Audi 2.7/3.0 V6 TDI. 3) BMW 3.0 straight-six (inc 3 and 5 series 525d/530d/535d etc) 4) Vauxhall Vectra / Signum 3.0 cdti (Y30dt) V6 as per Saab TiD. 5) Mercedes - 300/320 etc. I understand they went from a straight-6 to a V. 6) Toyota 4.2 - N/A as want car not 4x4. I wish Lexus would make something. Plus there are some nice 5-pots around in the Alfas, Mercs, Volvo etc. Thanks
  13. No turning back now John. You're on the slippery slope. I accept no responsibility for your actions and will keep evidence of your request to post the pics here.
