Hahaha, I met him in Pont once, nice lad. I decided not to burgle him! A LFC and Republic of Ireland star from the Spice Boys era was in a posh pizza restaurant. Sorry Joe, missed your reply. Hope you're good. I still switch regularly between systems depending on the job, SRT just doesn't make sense to me in some scenarios. I hear you on the discussing things face to face over a beer being way better than trying to write about it to explain things etc. As I discovered with Gumpy, though, there is only about a 2 hour window to increase your understanding. After that it seems to start going backwards....

Help! I've been asked to find a person to head up an in-house tree team for a housing company. Part of the role will be supervising two tree surveyors. The company are asking what sort of qualification level they should be asking for (as well as experience, obviously). I'm thinking HND level? Any input welcome.
