  1. Haha you're right there !
  2. Good for you, I think there only average. My opinion . I am allowed one I take it?
  3. No but I have used a few and I stand by what I said.
  4. Believe me it is! I have had both. I dont buy into the under 750 thing, trailer training as nd test is about 550 quid and not having it limits you so why not invest in yourself and make your self more attractive to an employer? Both my chippers and stump grinders are over 750k so you would be no use to me.
  5. Rubbish, they cost the most because there expensive too start with and the exchange rate is poor. No better than many machines on the market.
  6. Depends how long you want them too last? Light machine thin metal!
  7. I believe that is about right, new drivers are going to have even more restrictions so further tests will be inevitable so my as well run better built kit.

  11. No you can't pete ss its built out of thick metal and 950 kg I can tow it legally, my lad is doing his trailer test, its the best way, machinery built light dont last long simple. The warrenty covers everything but paint and is on condition of servicing with authorised parts, v simply and fantastic too deal with as were gm before dealers got involved. Had 2 warranty issues with mine , fixed next day at my site, can't be bad!
  12. Fight fight......go for it guys.
  13. Apart from sub 750 kg forst then:thumbup: What's the warranty on a new tw?
  14. seems like you have it well sorted mate, if a hb20 came up used I would be interested.
  15. Send you a copy of the invoice if you want? They were 2 big stumps say 1m across each easy access hour and a half with sharp teeth on the carlton easy work. Yes there are loads of small firms with small machine grinding conny stumps cheap but not so many that can do big stuff as well. The 4012d is a torquey machine in a small package. Glad yours is getting sorted now.
  16. I agree Very Little beats the yanks but its 2k cheaper and a lot more basic so less to go wrong? Horses for courses.
  17. Yeah look forward to seeing you Ted will bring me sun glasses so them pearly whites don't blind me ! Right im out as im far too young.
  18. Haha yeah have a mobile pole that I grind next to. I always grind in a borat thong!
  19. Get a predator sidewinder for 2k less!
