  1. Had eggs and bacon for breckie, mullered two bags of mixed fruit and nuts, two bags of beef jerky , two chic tits and a load of veg for tea! No bread, pasta or bread today and its funny but I dont feel bloated! Told the wife she will be getting a new man, can the new one have a bigger penis was her reply :eek:

  12. To be honest at the moment I feel "bogged down" and low on energy so it will be an improvement. What about meat? Can you eat plenty?

  17. Is it purely about weight loss or do you have more energy ? Doing a physical job I would of thought loads of carbs and protein would be the way too go.
  18. Right so basically no bread, processed foods or dairy. Don't do a lot of dairy anyway and love nuts and fish etc so will give it a go.

  24. No never had to. A simple tap always works. We have never had a problem.
  25. Same button for forward and reverse, tap once for reverse tap again for forward, very simple.
