Back bacon (trimmed)..poached egg...greens..all dry fried cos they had been watching the hairy dieters cookery programme the night before and were all trying to shed the pounds after the Xmas holidays:rolleyes: and they all wanted a new pair of X-fit chainsaw trousers but with the extra weight they had gained they would be lucky to squeeze on a pair of Hi flex Tramp Pants:D

Cracking on with the rotten poplar pollards...and after much tree kicking(dog **** removal) i am enjoying a healthy snack of single beans chewed several times each:D gave my travel card back...cycle everywhere..no public transport..healthy start to my year...

Meaning..i was able to pay my phone bill last day of work before xmas and now i am able to access Arbtalk whenever...and where ever i want...thus...im happy;):) next question?
