  4. Very kind of you to share that with me LIOLI:001_smile: i am in FULL control of my life (More or less:001_rolleyes:). Hobbit is a bit too long and with a few scenes removed that didn,t seem necessary i would have enjoyed it more:biggrin: it is very realistic and shot very well. My favorite bit was when the Brown wizard finds a sickly Hedgehog and administers first aid and revives him....it is quite amazing!

  7. i am (For me sins) but employed in an Arb team maintaing the trees in Parks and green spaces over a large area of London for "LAING/O,Rourke" industries...but this Xmas New year on Holiday for a few days up North wi me Grandson in Durham!

  11. At home i carefuly hang all my kit on an old fashioned hat and coat stand by a radiator but a cabinet one like in the picture would be ideal at the yard...reckon they,re economical...right?
  12. Now that is one useful looking machine...a drying room,area is an essential part of keeping moral in a team up...dry kit each morning is a real boost.

No more Hobbits!...PLEASE! dwarves,Auks,elves or Goblins...that,s it:sneaky2: Took my nephew to see "The Hobbit"...i,ve seen all the others many times over,read the books as a kid...but tonite was the last for me...a bit of a Marathon...nearly three hours long and i mean LONG. Had my fill of Middle Earth...it was great while it lasted but i think i,ll close the book for good...
  14. Dyneema kit is great...watch that the red guide it attatches to the body of the S.J is kept tight so it doesn,t wear the dyneema out as has been posted recently...
  15. i love beech woodlands,,,great trees to climb...if i didn,t like my teufelberger pulley saver i would opt for a cocoon...spring will bring many reccy climbs i reckon...nice pics Tommy B

  17. The Cathedral Sanctuary knocker...anyone fleeing anything after using it would be given 30 days within the Cathedral.
  18. Just been to take Toby for a walk around the City...and the riverbank where i spent most of my childhood exploring the woods and climbing the trees...
  19. What CSJR said...with the heel velcro and calf velcro done up tight they become part of your shin...they are EXCELLENT!
  20. No....my Ally Distels only ever touch wood. i,m very OCD when it comes to my climbing Gear....But i have worked hard to be able to afford my advanced kit.

In a country who,s press is obsessed with showering us with Doom and Gloom stories...i LOVE to hear about people doing well...Especially when they,re BRITS!!!!
