Probably won't be able to walk tommorow.....suprised how much I enjoyed the treadmill...very rare I run these days but found it very theraputic.

First day ever at a Gym today...I cleared up a garden of windblown trees for a lady a couple of months ago and she offered me 6 months membership of a fitness centre as payment..just completed a 2 hour induction with the guidance of a very fit lady.Abdomenal Crunch machine was my favourite but i arrived at a quiet time so went on every machine she reccomended without any waiting.Spinning was easy...I prefer the real thing.

No mate..I do not lke football......at all. Thanks for the advice. I used to Row for Durham...played Rugby at school...Judo..badminton.Cycled for years....just fancy hitting tbe Gym...weights etc... never done it...looks fun!

Now normaly I would make the most of this beautiful weather and sink a few Scrumpy's, but I promised myself I would start going to the gym and I have bought some kit for training and left the temptation of the city. This will be a new era for me...never been to a gym before...

And two hours later I am now enjoying one of those Father and Son moments..life doesn't get much better than this:)

Well....it's a very warm and sunny day.i didn't reslise it was a bank holiday...one day is much the same as any other day for me....Random. so I took the dog for a walk...I have started eating a lot of fruit as well as saladin fact my diet has completely changed and i feel great for it...and enjoy only one coffee a day now.
