  1. Fox T shirt bought for a special night (x-large) but too tight!!

As I may have mentioned since leaving Northumberland in between travelling around for worki have been living back at home which in the Fox household means three large meals a day and my mother being originally a Yorkshire lass cooks the best Yorkshire puddings and bakes the best flapjack etc....add to that the comfort eating I have been doing because of one very broken heart at missing Mrs Fox....but I'm over that now but now have to shift the accumulated timber! Maximum weight became between approx 16.5/17 stone.............during the working week I was consuming one full English breakfast, 2 or 3 pies for dinner...evening meal and lots of beer.....40 inch waist and ill fitting clothing....I have had three items in particular I have been wsnting to wear but......last birthday present from Mrs Fox- "Large"-far to tight

  6. Changed my eating habits (and drinking) until Xmas...lost nearly one stone!
  7. I had Cold Pesto Pasta and salmon for my bait today...
  8. Haha...no jon...so I can build up the yard and sleep there if I'm log splitting late into the night...

For the last two days we have been clearing self seeded trees either side of a perimeter fence surrounding a caravan storage site...tracked chippers transform how work can be done...even got hold of a caravan which will be the H.Q in the new yard...it has a working fridge and cooker...ripping out the shower and fitting a log burner...it may become home for a while....
  10. Nothing more to say Jon...Chainsaws and Silky saws and good quality loppers are the only cutting tools I am interested in;)

  18. There is always work out there...the trick is to hunt it out, go the extra mile to grab it and show enthusiasm whilst doing it. It will be noticed and you will be asked back.....well done SFA!
  19. Trust me....it is of the finest quality....wouldn't use it otherwise....I only use the best climbing equiptment...I'm obsessed...the bend radius over the Pinto pulley is perfection...I can go up using one hand most of the time........

  21. Frictionless climbing is so sweet wether its incorporating a pulley or cocoon....sheer bliss!
  22. I love the stuff they do! ACE's 70m is incredible...I check their FB page all the time....some of the work photos are unbelievable...BIG FAN!
