  1. For something a bit more comfortable and washable....and more fitting for an Arborist? So I made purchase online (for the first time).
  2. Along with my exercise I have begun to get back to my favourite foodstuffs.I,ve found a shop that opens at 6 a.m and I am the first through the door Masked and gloved.
  3. Even had a guest we have never seen in the Garden.A mutation of a Foxglove.Quite rare.
  4. And took my folks out for their first trip out of the house since this all began. It was a wonderful moment to be together away from the wedding crowd as usual. Not ready for the public yet.
  5. I,ve certainly made the most of the Sunshine that we have experienced over the previous couple of weeks.Finding new trees to meet
  6. Finally burned off the calories from spending weeks indoors.Since exercise has been unlimited I have rekindled my love of cycling clocking up between 6-10 miles per day up and down the seven hills of my hometown and i feel amazing.
  7. You are certainly going to enjoy it[emoji6][emoji106]
  8. Have an amazing weekend Arbtalkers.I am going to have a day on the bike enjoying this wonderful weather around my beautiful city where nothing much ever really happens ...........oh wait?
  9. I have missed my Grandchildren over the last couple of months but have actually spent more time with Oscar online talking on Video as I took the dog and doing tree indents with him and generally discussing stuff.I will certainly be one of the best Grandfathers on Fortnite?.I have realised how much love we have within our Family through all the Birthday Zoom chats.I have been able to do all the jobs in the house and garden for my Mother and again realised how lucky I was to be adopted by such an amazing couple.I have never been bored and even though most of my free time has been spent in my small room I have been able to organise everything to do with me and my future. It will be a few more months before I venture anywhere public and that kind of suits me.I have had my first week back on a more healthy lifestyle.I have eaten well for three months but as anyone over 50 knows the pounds start to add on around the waist so I am pleased to hear that exercise is now permitted. The only things I have really craved has been the Gym so the thought of being able to cycle every day is fantastic.Hopefully Tree work will increase too.
  10. Toby jumps up this tree everytime we pass it.
  11. And the Arbpro climbing boots continue to make me smile.True tree climbing slippers.
  12. After 10 years in Airstreams it felt great to get my feet into something different. The Andrew boot is as good....and for me even better! I rate Italian made shoes and boots highly.
  13. One day in the future we can have a proper chin wag.Glad we were able to complete the task whilst keeping to distancing.May have seemed over cautious but better safe than sorry.Let me know if I can help again.I have time till things change and I can begin my great Adventure!?
  14. Was great to meet Saul (Rough Hewn) but once I was done and the wood was out I was ready to get away and take the mask and gloves off. Thanks Saul ? I,m going to use a mask for when we I ever distancing but I shall probably use the Vinyl Visor whilst working as well as keeping apart. It,s not hard to do if you have a good work plan
  15. And got it to here using just one quarter of the small battery.(AP200)
  16. Watching the video back is quite interesting hearing the Zip of the saw and then the complete silence after each cut.I must get my head around editing because the location was really pretty.
  17. And although the wind was blowing quite a gale and the tree was exposed to the gusts which were trying to tear everything into next door.....
  18. One of the many great things about using an E-saw is that you can hear everything around you so I was able to chat to the guys on the ground. Both work and life related as well as keep the job going smooth and safe
  19. It would be a chance to see how it would be to keep a distance and to keep my mask and latex gloves on throughout the hour or two I was there.
  20. The Tree would not take long and was a simple connie dismantle but it had telephone wires on one side and an animal pen with an immaculate garden on the other side.Perfect for some sling, cut and hold with the 161.
  21. And was greeted by another human.Mr "Rough Hewn" to be precise.
