  7. seen this new timberwolf in action yesterday, good manuverability if they are not slammed onto the ground, plenty of power but it did get jammed with stupid things yesterday and didnt want to chip but after some jigery pokery it was fine. i know what brash was going in aswell, i cut it up and put it there
  8. everything went brilliant today, plenty of feed back from people. think everyone enjoyed it, i know i did lol any feedback welcome
  9. for reply to the air rifle comment, a silencer doesnt really do anything for a springer but if you have a c02 which i have, no silencer is like a .22 rimfire crack with no moderator, with however all you hear is the mechanism so just a wee bit quieter than a .22 with moderator. i had a theoben fenman gas ram which is much the same as a springer and the silencer didnt really make much difference except from a barrel wieght that can help with a carbine barrell
  10. i have just done this in my nd, best book to look at is alex shigo new tree biology book page 45 or 46 cant remember but thats the way forward. that will help with all 4 walls and give an explanation of what they do
  11. this may be a long shot m8 but try north east arb, there based near scotch corner which i know is a wee bit of a drive but could be worth while
  12. weve been using cci supers with copper hollow tip and winchester yellow jacket with hollow point, they seem to do the job, didnt have any run away like and most were head shot. it may be our shooting is crap and the extra speed and power of the hypers is just what we needed im still learning about shooting but having shot with subs and hypers i prefer the hypers. cant remember which subs we use but there in a blue and black box ? open to sugestions on other bullets from the more experienced like

  20. i c, i would have thaught after seeing the difference and having felt the difference between both said bullits, the hypers are a far better bullit, we use them for the rabbits now over the subs, so much more killing power and better accuracy
  21. fair enough at close range with hyper velocity bullets but the range is significantly less than using a .243 or equivelant
  22. lol fair enough robert, sometimes these things cant be helped
