  4. I live in the east midlands in a small village called Watford gap. They ar planning on having 2 wind farms, one at the top of the village and one at the bottom. The turbines will be the tallest in Britain, 240m tall with a span of over an acre each. There will be I think 15 in all. The 5 surrounding 5 villages all have a w. Farm planned as well. I think this is over kill and all I have worked for, being a place to live, will drop considerably in price. So will piss me off a treat. From what I have read they are not energy viable and run at tops 30% efficient. They return the energy they took to make them in 25 years. Etc Now I know farmers have to make a living and all that but com on. What are your thoughts on them??

  9. I have the job of dismantling a healthy beech tree. Unfortunately it has to come down as the owners have just had a survey on the house and they have said it needs to come out as it is far too close to the house now. The owner is sad that it is coming out and wants the trunk to be sold to a woodworker for planks or for carving. It is about 3 ft at base and about 30 ft tall. It is in the Milton Keynes area If anyone can offer any help for contacts or is interested please reply. Thanks

I find it a great truck to row with and brilliant off road. The only bad points are mpg and the lack of leg room For passengers in the back, not that I have many because its always full of my chainsaw gear. I'm pleased to own one but there is always someone who says their truck is better
