Insurance and running costs, i.e diesel are far more on a transit. Get a white escort van or similar (berlingo etc) for your tools to be stored away safe, then invest in a decent trailer and greedy board it right up. When you expand and buy a tipper the trailer will still be handy.

Escort van, with trailer. Cheap, cheap, cheap and generally quite reliable. More space in the back than you think. Sign written they look respectable. Low insurance, tax, fuel bills etc etc.

Go for it, give it a try. The fact that you are even thinking about it, says soooo much about you and your wife as people. I'm positive that you will gain alot from the experience be it short or long term. My parents decided to foster when times where hard. I was about 13-14, hated the first girl that came to stay with us and I nearly stuffed it up for my folks, but we got a second chance and the "bad" lad who came into our home is still a friend of mine 13 years on and has a really well paid job, family, company Bmw etc etc. To think of what he got up to from like 8 - 12 years old beggars belief. But without the family unit that me, my sister and my parents offered him, i believe he would now be dead or in prison.

It wont have been Tim being singled out, it will have been his music choice being singled out by the record company owners. I think there is a big crack down at the moment because, if you go on DVDVIDEOSOFT.COM, you can download a Youtube 2 Ipod converter which rips the music off of videos on youtube and lets you save them as mp3 files in itunes. Cool Huh? But technically illegal, so I never told you that mmmkay. This could explain my 16500+ tracks on iTunes
