  8. valid point, and you cant file the depth gauges off for soft wood:lol: but repeatadly cutting soiled wood, stumps, contaminated wood, stems grown through wire fences (Nifty Steve will remember:biggrin:) it could be a time saving godsend

  16. thats bull, i used to use saturn knives on ocassion when i couldnt be bothered to grind myself, they came back un-equal in every way possible, theres a pic on here of them. what hacked me off was on their website they had something about '1 degree out causes mayhem' sent them back straight away, had them resharpened properly for free, but lost about 6 sharpens in the process
  17. too right! infact i would have said 12inch bar on the topper, but a 14 out here on softwoods is much handier for felling
