@ Witterings ANY saw can fail in the wrong hands, but been a ripple of manufacting fails over last 15 yrs, too many of quality names to boot. At the cabin office today n pulled out a chinese saw a mate on here gave me. Slung fuel out of it filled with fresh and it cracked up, sawed logs fr woodstove and ticked over smashing. What can you say 🙁 K

After my thigh got shattered ( left) in bike smash, got Rangerover 3.5 auto, wot a dream to drive. Towed anything. All my cars after have been autos. K

@ Witterings swapping those parts will not invalidate yr warranty, they are common consumables like spark plugs. K ( ohhh........ And change yr spark plug)

Low profile smaller kerf chain for speeding up the cut or drop a drive sprocket tooth to increase torque. Or both. K
