  1. Arc good to see your mogs out and about, my brother and me were the one`s that pullled u out with 3cx at stannington on the bethal job. Like the trailer by the way.

  3. Only bring my husky 254xp for a special treat these days, keep it for Sunday best.

  16. Didn`t think they let you camp in the car park. When the APF was in North Yorkshire they lost alot of gear off the site during the night. Be good if you could though.

  19. Tiago, My course is 2+1 for hons. The course started with 21 it`s down to 8 regular`s which is better like you say. I think 3 years is long enough but after all every new day in the job is a learning curve.
  20. I store my logs on pallets with mesh sides , sheets over top worked ok for no. years now. Like whats already been said just dry it well. Keep it away from view mines getting removed during the night lately:sneaky2:
  21. Tiago, Yes mate, thinking about she`s rite. Part of the course is you have to keep a detailed work diary for personnal development, also give examples of current or past method and risk assesments. Second year involves tutors doing site visits, really looking forward to that lol:scared1:

Tiago, In the first year you will cover the following; Principles of plant and soil science Dendrology IT for the presentation of data for the Arb industry Personal professional development 1 Woodland Management Tree ops,organisation and management Tree biology and a tell you that`s more than enough lol
  23. Yes they were originally used as gun tractors. Few years back saw one with the cab cut in half down the middle, winch rope had snapped pulling over hairy old oak. Good tool in there time
  24. HI doing the course part time. Run my own business aswell, its been quite hard but have heard the first year is the worst . Am doing the course at Kirkley Hall in Northumberland it`s the first year they`ve run the course so has been abit disorganised.Enjoying it, looking bforward to my second year.
