  3. i used mu olds mans butterfly found out it was not really comfortable so brought a EKN brillant harness so comfortable i no this do help but though i would share
  4. my clutch costed me £534 over than that no repair cost over 3 years
  5. 460 with a 20inch bar for me two
  6. i have a master same tipper never had a thing go wrong with it in 3 years apart from a clutch top van people say they ent no good because they are frount wheel drive but iv got to jobs where trannys have got stuck

  8. i own and use all 3 if i wanted to run a 20inch bar 441 nice alround saw dont really thing the 441 has the gut for a 25inch bar 460 great saw loads of power i run mine on a 20inch bar but i will handel a 25inch nice to like matty said the anty vibs ent great but if ur out for a saw that will do pritty much everything then a 460 good power to weight for felling and ringing up if ur thinking more about 25inch and the 30inch in the back of ur mine 660 is the way forward mine always wheres the 25inch bar loads of power and cuts really quick if u like using ur 261 then spend the money and get a 660 if u ever want a 36inch bar it will have that 2 and then if u want somthing in the middle at a later date to fill the gap husq 560 great saw im a stihl man and thinking about buying one hope this help u out a bit

  14. stihl 046 or ms460 20inch bar the 660 is a cracking saw but due to weight the 460 best all rounder thats what i think but that husq 560 as a new saw will take some beating
  15. just got back from the workshop and i come across a 2inch dia bit of ally bar spud is soon got turned down to 44mm :lol:

  20. tell me if im wrong megatron but the first link is for porting a saw with a main dealer dont do the 2nd u kindly highlighted in red about postage but to me i read the bottem line i would say spud is pushing him towords a dealer i wont mention dealers but through what i have seen and hurd i dont have much faith in them. way is it i brought 2 new saws becauce the dealer said it was scrap. it wont run again is the words they used at a nice cost of around 900 pound TALKING to spud and reading the whats on my bench fourm i now have the 2 saws THAT WOULD NOT RUN AGAIN running and they cost me about 200 pounds to fix so why did i have to spend 900 pounds on 2 new saws are u saying that a person is not alowed to give advice port saws when dealer dont port saws and say if the dealer cant sort it give me a shot i cant see whats wrong with that

  24. yeh there was i should have took the 48inch for the 076 there was some 3-4ft pop lieing about
  25. im thinking of going to the dark side to ed iv always bin a stihl man dont think u will ever change my mind about the older saws like 076 051 i love that 046 to but i must say the 560 is mind blowing i was inpressed with the ported 357 once it got warm
