  5. That's the worst advice I've ever heard. Can you imagine parallel parking and emergency stops, constantly looking in a mirror.
  6. Throw a test back at them. Sudoku, or a quick round of DVD based who wants to be a millionare. In all seriousness, Asking them challenging questions about their working practices, will provide them with evidence you are to be taken seriously and that you know what's what. battleships?

I've been a few times and it's possible to get round it in about 10 mins. But its the social element that's very good. Demo's too. Thankfully no harvester heads.
  12. Sorry John didn't mean any insult with the no competition comment, I have fairly low opinion of the LA climbers I've come across. It was sweeping and general. Soz.
  13. A climbing interview sound better than "where do you see yourself in 5 years time" Have fun. LA? not much competition.

  15. Any blurb on the features? What makes them different from any other Haix etc
  16. Jonsie, have you seen how many members there are on arbtalk these days? Best be getting a few kegs in. Is that you on facebook by the way?
  17. £8 an hour doesn't get a gardener. Just a care in the community bod who can mow lawns, rake leaves and pull weeds. Tree cutting is very noisy. It could be that it was a work place where any noise would be a disturbance, A school or nursery maybe. Run by a care in the community bod.
  18. Yeh, liked that. Liked the simplicity of the gavin video too

  21. Impact craters that have brought up black ash from below the more recent white sand, the direction of impact can be seen by the shape. The first one is crytaline in structure, could be massive crystal mountains. What's the scale?

  25. That is uncanny, I had exactly the same thoughts last night, but concerning the Capel show. The t shirt with current Avatar is great. What if we all print out someone elses avatar? It would be like an arb Key party.
