  1. it all depends what company you work for and how natural you are at climbing. you might be better of going to a company which do street trees becauce you have a wide range or tree plus you have lot of smaller tree to start of with,with most company that do council contract your day rate be low but you can have price work. and with these firms they pay for your training ect.
  2. agree a good lawyer can save you thounsands but like all trades your alway have one or two bad eggs
  3. gristwood and toms have got appox 40 million pound worth of work in front of them to date
  4. if you buy in bulk inport them from the states for more than half price

  7. yes but i seem people that come out of merris wood and made a worst job
  8. i was lowing small branchs appox 4 to 6 inchs dia over a green house my main lowering rope was heavyer than the branchs so i used the other end of my climbing rope, in tree work you make your work easy for yourselfs

  11. with a firm that i was working with unless you had your ticket you could not go for concil contracts that all started in 1990s
  12. i was climbing appox 17 years before you had to get tickets for local council works, i think it was force on us in 1995 appox

  18. no wind up i been doing tree work for a couple years now would like to do some park work it looks easy with big open spaces, easy money
