  4. I use 6mm globe,dont use any rings or thimbles although i keep it on my harness cos it keeps coming off when its left on my lanyard.
  5. Couple reduction from today, sorry forgot before pics, Birch had been pruned hard a couple of times before,Plane had about 3-4m taken off.

  10. Cool.We have a mitsi canter turbo with 6m3 bin,Tows the 1000 no worries,we use 12" chippers,far easier and quicker to havine big chippers.
  11. What truck have you got or getting to tow the chipper?are you going to be doing park and street trees?I go between the 95xp or the 1200
  12. Awesome,What council do you work for now?Ive heard that the vermeers have few more breaking parts over the bandits??.Our new bc1000 doesnt even struggle on big bits of wood,If it fits in the infeed it will go through no bother

  14. Haha awesome. We got the new bc1000 which is heaps better than the older version,and have only used that and the 6" bandit,but dont know about the bigger bandits.Happy shopping

  16. Gum and elm do it aswell. Happend all day with me today on a gum,You can feel it cracking as you cut through the wood? doesn't it happen with wind torsion as well?

    So they've been grafted(obviously) but have just done there own thing?Due to the cells and all that..?
  20. Saw this cherry today, Is it reverting back or has the graft not taken correctly Whats going on?
