  1. I love walnuts - very tasty!
  2. Carl - Just grabbed this from the Petzl site. Its part of the original manufacturers instructions that you should get when buying a helmet. 'ATTENTION, certain chemical products, especially solvents, can damage your helmet. Protect your helmet from exposure to chemicals.'
  3. Nice Job Wolf !
  4. Welcome Carl I believe it would be a problem due the chemical make up of paint. Some of these chemicals will possibly weaken your helmets strength by reacting with 'its' plastic
  5. Nice Job - Mr. Bish
  6. RossJ - surely your doing CS38 & 39 ? - I believe CS37 no longer exists

  8. LOL High Scale !!! Made by cul-endor I believe ?
  9. Thats fine then MB
  10. MB - I think this is the way your very efficient venting would be interpreted in the U.K. ' The helmet has been modified, therefore the structural integrity has been compromised ' Therefore it might fail the impact / crush and various other tests that the original helmet was subjected to.
  11. Count me in please Steve - (Nice Knife)
  12. If I have to go that high, I will.
  13. I'm going to try to get to the bottom of this one and will let you know what I find out jonesie - As you say I've heard the question asked many, many times - and I've never understood why they do have VAT I'll let you know
  14. I know its 'a question' thats been around for a long time now - but does anyone know why VAT is added to Chainsaw Trousers ? - I believed that PPE should be all VAT free ? People are hardly going to wear them to the local palais on a saturday night are they ? - maybe they do its a long time since I went to a proper night club !
  15. If you look after your boots they should last a reasonable length of time - i.e. clean & polish - However if you boots fail due to manufacturing faults then they should be replaced. If you build a good relationship up with your local dealer 'trust goes both ways' and I know that I would never have a problem with exchanges (as long as I wasn't taking the P$ss
  16. Agreed - it certainly looks that way
  17. Well done Anna !
  18. Take em back - youve nothing to loose
  19. Just use a husky - dont have to make mods to achieve 13500rpm
  20. Sorry Mr. Ed - looks like I started everyone off again
  21. Go on Jay - have a go! If I were closer, and had the time - I'd be there regardless of how I might do
  22. Put my name in too please Mr. Ed (Sorry its late in the day)
  23. Lost my very long hair at 17 - very sad at the time. Now I go for No.2 sides & back only.
