  6. That's an Easy one, while your in the garden, someone may be in the house nicking the tele half the size of the wall and on the way out grabbing the keys for the lovely cars on the drive
  7. Life's for living in cloud cuckoo land where you can shut yourself away from politics and pretend things are all Alice in wonderland. One day you will have to wake up from lala land and it will hit you hard. Anyone for tea ?
  8. In the world wars land was used to grow crops for food and produce to sustain the uk population because obviously imports were severely affected. I believe that if we have another world war ( which is highly likely) We will not have enough land to sustain the uk population. Things were tight then and people only just managed. Today, many farms have shut down and been turned into flats or barn conversions, the land been built on and ever increasingly our green belt is being swallowed up for housing developments Can the government not see the pending catastrophe ? The land area of the uk should not diminish to a point were it cannot sustain the demands of the uk population food wise, I believe we have already passed this point. Yes we do have intensive growing knowledge which we didn't have back then but I think come the next war, there will be anarchy in the uk. We,re doomed
  9. You should be contacting the manufacturer and telling them that, not me.
  10. One more qualification than an instructor
  11. In short yes, my dad never took an HGV test, yet he has driven class one all his life. We are talking about a BASIC competence test here, you can't just change the goal posts and expect everyone to jump.
  12. Certificate of competence ? Will over a 1000 hours of chainsaw use from a mewp do instead?
  13. If its to be retained for habitat then wedge the cracks with little blocks of hardwood before removing the weight,
  14. There's a lot of boom bend in one of this last set of shot !
  15. It also may not be of his doing..... When I had my website built, they used generic tree worker photos, non we're my photos and they still aren't. My mates had a website built and he's got some horrendous generic photos on his, he went mental but they still haven't changed his yet
  16. What experience do you all have
  17. I kind of ruling out the selective Weed killer now on closer inspection Non left now, may have to buy some in or power grow them on 20 on 4 off through winter, which will probably cost more in electric than it will to buy them sorry for the slight derail albeit related
  18. I've just had another look and there,s two or three look fine then two or three struggling then fine again buy where they are struggling there's evidence of mole activity. With it being clay soil, I rotavatored a trench then added compost to condition the soil, I think maybe the mole is following the trench and damaging the roots an maybe not caused by the Tordon ?
  19. It was tordon22k I used which has a residual element ?
