I think its the new me corset, man bag, tights. They took me off the morphine pump this morning, still on about 20 pills a day. Can walk a bit further now, the physio is going to teach me stairs today. All is looking good to go home on Tuesday but will still be off for a couple of months yet.

Went well still not able to get out of bed yet my custom body brace comes today then they will try to get me up. In bed with my laptop with a morphine pump on my arm, 2 drains in my back and big tube down my nob (not looking forward to that coming out) and various other things. Not in much pain at the mo but when they get me up its going to hurt i've been told. They gave me about 20 pills yesterday so i'm well spaced out feels good though. I'll post some pics of me getting the plaster cast for the brace done later. I'll keep you updated on how it goes. Cheers Justin

Right its happening now going in tomorrow, op at about 12.00. Once I'm well enough to type I'll give you all an update, probably a couple of days. Got a new super light laptop so they can't stop me lifting it.
  15. We don't use yellow pages anymore, word of mouth, stickers on machines, and of course Arbtalk is still the best advertising I've done:001_smile:
  16. No wonder i need body guards at shows:scared1:
  17. Always end on a good joke and thats the bit they remember.
  18. Yes if my cost price comes down your price will come down:001_smile:
  19. As a dealer i thought i should put my bit in; every day i hear someone say they are being ripped off by dealers. Do those of you that think this not watch the news? The Euro/Dollar is the big problem, not us dealers ripping anyone off. The stuff we now have in stock we got at the current prices. We don't make much more out of these big increases but we do suffer as well; for every £100K worth of stock on the shelf last year it now costs me more like £125K to hold the same amount of stock (that's my 25K sitting there not the distributors/manufactures). 90% of the gear we sell comes from Europe or America - the drop in the Euro/Dollar was well over 30% last year. As we hardly produce anything in this country any more, we end up suffering (excludes ISC made in wales, NO INCREASE:001_smile:). Not trying to piss you off any more but, as of 1st March, all Elten boots are going up about 15%. Once again, they come form Europe. Give us dealers a break - we are doing the best we can to reduce the effect of all this on our customers but there is only so much we can do. We have been told that when the exchange rates get better the prices will improve. Cheers, Justin.
  20. I'll be there with a stand full of shiny stuff and beer for all you arbtalk members. I have heard that they may not be letting people camp this year due to the amount of rubbish left last year, i hope its only a rumor.
