  1. There is a reason for all the above,what is the reason for a waste carriers licence? Also most of the above applie to me,but i DON'T CARRY WASTE so i don't need one.
  2. So you see a sign that says,kittens Free to a good home. Is that waste ? Don't play there game,tell them that it is NOT waste,and let them prove it is,i will not get one and will go to court first.

  12. Very much depends on your area,but in some areas you can meet the T/O on site and discuss the job, that way you can apply for what you know they will let you do.
