  13. Pollard the willow and jobs a good un!!
  14. My time to agree Although your obviously really keen and "IF" you get with the right company you may find yourself climbing alot more than you think, Although in your other threads you say your setting up on your own, Id advise against that mate and get a feel for the job with a good company first
  15. Dont worry im chalking it down to a one and only mate Wait til tomorrow they'll be 20 people disagreeing with me
  16. Its good that your really keen, Its abit like a driving test mate, You get taught the basics and then pass a test, Yeah you can drive, But only in driving more and more do you get more confident and good at it, Same with felling trees, Pass the test, learn the basics THEN progress after
  17. Thats a first Cooooooooollllllllllllllllllllllll BEANS!!
  18. If i were you mate (and this is what i did) Go into the course blind, That way, what you get taught will stick as its the only knowledge you'll have and you'll pass, The instructors are pros, That teach good saw use and great safety, If you watch videos and ask on here, your likely to then think "thats not what he did in the video", I personally would just wait for the course mate, Honestly you'll learn alot more than you think you will, Then after you've passed, watch videos and play about with it abit (all safely of course)
  19.
  20. R.I.P Awful shame!!
  21. Id only ever want one for the sake of having one really, To admire, Ill get a mate of mine to build me a diesel log splitter long before ill swing an expensive axe for hours on end! Axes, Knives and Air guns have been in my blood since i was a very young lad, One day ill own a VERY good one of each :thumbup1:
