I had similar with my PL with NFU, i tried and tried to ring, no answer, wanted a quote as id heard on here they were good, Finally got threw after loads of times and they never rang back So went with Arbinsure, who were great. However, when i wanted to insure the LDV, i rang a different number for NFU and the chap was really helpful and they were quite abit cheaper than anyone else Very strange. Trust were a close 2nd on the truck tho.

Nowt like being picky The term pollard has lost its "true" meaning i guess BUT that oak in question is a pollard imo, Modern version maybe and done to the extreme haha but still a good job

Which ever one of those is bouncing stuff of lines is in the wrong, You cant say its common, You might do it BUT its bad practice and many many utility arbs DONT hit the lines and go out of there way to make sure they dont!!
