take up rowing mate 3 times a week & i don't mean a lil stroll down the lake go to your nearest club house if you got one near you, i use to row but not anymore but it was a bloody good work out in the gym & out on the sea 10k on the ergo should be fun:001_smile: -

was watching them on Top gear the other day (channel Dave ) you will probably watched it when hammond was in the car with the driver going across the lake & then raced the snowmobile agin across the lake did look like a good laugh

in yard for 8am depending on what we are doing or going be on site for 8:30am - 9:00am finish about 5:00pm

aahhh thats good to know im not the only one but im a unreal tournament fan played it scence 1999 & still play it i know it sounds mad i use to play in the leagues full time think i lost more money than won though haha , if u got UT maty il give ya a lil game
