Plenty of threads on this mate, worth searching . Also it depends in budget , local dealers , personal preference ect..... It seems you are quite new to the industry, maybe it would be worth working with a few tree surgeons and using a variety of different equipment ....
7. It is true about the level of insurance being lower... Due to the smaller engine , mine cost but £900 to insure for the year....
8. He rubbish safety reports were from a previous model , this one has been improved .... Or so they say...
9. I must also say that the auto car review is a load of rubbish, it drives like a car, of course it's not as comfortable as Mercedes ,But it is after all a pick up truck , not a pricey car.... It's just as comfy As Any other 4x4, and I havnt found it any more sluggish than a ranger or hilux.... It's smaller engine also seems to do 34-37mpg with ease .... I am happy with mine and recommend getting one..
10. Well I can safely say I have had the back loaded with wood and had a chipper (750kg) in the back , and it has towed and driven fine.... A lot Of people also think it's crap as it's 'Chinese' .... You have to remember people also laughed at toyota and the jap trucks back when they first appeared on the market ...
11.
Sorry , inbox Is empty now

12. Just got Some xfit type C and they are great so far , really comfortable.
13. There are many options available out there , especially In your price range . To narrow it down a bit you need to think about what features you want? 4x4 Single or crew cab Tool boxes Load capacity.... Hi abs The list carries on.... I would personally get a 4x4 tipper of some sort , that way you are more versatile with the work you can undertake and where you can go ... However normally they don't have the capacity of day a transit tipper with chip box....
14. :001_smile:Yeah they are the isuzu rodeo with some differences ....
15. Fingers crossed my tickets win somthing now haha! Some brilliant prizes... I would be happy with a hat ! All for a great cause
16. I find mine very nice to drive , feels like a car to drive , as good as you need off-road, obviously not a Landie but is as good as my ranger ever was... Services are always quick , main dealer service cost me £220 which I don't think is bad at all! I am very impressed with mine and would recommend one ! Was told with parts next day for 90% if not in stock and 7 days if it is a very strange part , say a clip for the interior or somthing that doesn't often break... All I have had to do is raise the front suspension as the front ground clearance was a little low, however that was a 10 Minute job as it's just adjusting the torsion bars.
17. I went Chinese with a Great Wall steed , don't laugh to much at the prospect of it either , mine has done 15000miles in 6 Months and has been faultless so far... But also has a 6 year warrantee or 125000miles ... A lot cheaper than the completions too as you would imagine being Chinese , but very good quality Work truck. Only issue you may Have is the 2.5t towing limit .... Worth a look though
18. Shall we stop this before it becomes another argument on arbtalk? Yes it was a silly Comment for someone to make , I offered the wood before I saw it... However everyone makes mistakes ..... Firewood costs a lot Produce , we all know that... Most customers know that. Rather than slating them educate him /her?
19. Hi mate, Wood is still available if you want it? Adam
