I forgot to mention, after initial sauteing an additional glaze of chicken stock, tomato puree, basil and oregano is stirred in and well mixed prior to baking.

@eggsarascal When my mother passed in April 2010 I then attended another four family funerals that year. In 2011/12 I attended a further seven funerals of both family and very close friends/workmates . I am to this day "funeraled out". I see where you're coming from but as Mr Johnson says...........

I was contemplating what to do. The tick remover was at home and there were at least a dozen. Little bugger sprang into life and jumped of into the undergrowth as I was putting my phone away. I suspect it won't be a long life with that many attached 😥

Sunny, very light breeze but still a bit chilly at times. Beautiful day for a walk with the dogs in the forestry. The Old girl tires easily now but every day like this is a bonus 😊

Same boat Stubby. Sixty Eight next time round, three still.....Gran, Mum and Pup. Pup will be seven soon so the other two don't have a great deal of time left. Probably find an old rescue JTR to keep her company. Mine would be a sad life without a dog in the house .
