  2. sounds bad but i cant help chuckling to my self, something very hurmours about a man running from wasps, i too have been the victim of such bad luck,
  3. i did a common beech on thursday that had Phellinus igniarius and also inonotis hispidus, all i know is its not good!! a prelific butt rotter:thumbdown:
  4. its a tight nike running top, since the dreaded cut i have worn it because of minimal rubbing and stops the crap getting in the stitches!!!!!!!!!!

  9. i was doind the cut and chuck method............... it wasnt dangerous at all though, my cut came from another occurance of hang ups!!!!! you just need to keep your wits about your selves:001_cool:

  11. use a swivel if you use a hitch climber... if not id just use a couple mallions, they would have to be green though:P
  12. its not nice!!!! haha, when i was younger(14) i fell off my dads shed roof in to a thorn hedge and the hedge trimmers cut my wrist!!!! god know's what i was even doing there!!

  14. this time i didnt use it 1 handed!!!! the saw wasnt running and the chain break was on!!! the piece was only small as well. when i put the cut in i could snap it with 1 hand and swing it around with its own motion to where i wanted it to land, it just got caught on something:thumbdown:
  15. biggest dead elm ive ever seen/done, only got the first day pictures as my mate finished it:thumbdown: all the brash was to be stripped out and the long wood was being kept for furniture building sadly only 2 on the ground and a fence so the ground work was slow

  17. yeah i can work, i finished the tree off then went and got it stitched up, climbed all day the day after and it was fine, no muscle damage
  18. i cant spell it but creotin makes you angry, i would guess it has a over healthy dose
  19. but not in the usual way!!! i was sectioning down a leylandii, i put my snap cut in, chain break went on and turned the saw off!!! the piece was only small so i held the saw in one hand and grabbed the broom handled size bit but it got caught up and pushed towards me and shoved my arm across the top of the bar!!! if the chain break wasnt on then i might of got a smaller cut!!!! befor in the docs after at home
  20. dont go with them guys that collar you in the street, they dazzel you with figures etc if you want insurance then surley you go get it not the other way around!
  21. but if you never use them, then you will never think to use them if that makes sense? i never used to use them but just recently its made my life alot easier!
