    there are folk on this forum that if they asked me to work on a tpo tree that i would trust to be cosha and there are plenty i wouldn,t which catagory do you yhink you would all fall into just food for thought and i agree skychuck if lads working for me didnt trust i would be upset and disapointed in myself

  6. mine has been tree surgeon prepared in boxes underneath i have 1 for combi can 1 for lowering kit i for 3 saws and bits and bobs cage ontop of fuel tank for climbing kit had to move all tipping gear ect but imo worth it most tree boys just get a standard pickup and go and yes igottacabstar2

    thats close enough have been to a three now where folk were not so lucky and that was not a pleasant experience

    just put a petzl spartha on tied some cord to first aid kit with a small crab on it and it clips through the knife you boys with knives do you think in an emergency you may drop them
  12. well would you believe it man rang me this morning to see when i could start which was friday and i would put 2 teams on and get in done in the day someone has been today and there now doing it tomorrow i had everything on hold last week to do this job and changed everything today so i could do it on friday back to square one seems this job was never for me which could be an omen shame is ive been left in limbo and changed plans more time than my underpants i dont have a problem with not getting this job but have never been as messed about on any job as this one my invoice went in and just hope i get paid

  17. qualifications are more important than kit imo we can supply kit but not qualifications but your own ppe is a good bonus

  20. i was lucky i threw mine out of the tree on sat from about 15 ft only problem was it was still attached to my harness and in my hands at the time but the saw was ok:bawling::bongsmi:
