    Jokes???

Tried erotic suffocation with the wife the other night when we were having sex. She obviously didnt like it, shes been lying there for 5 days now giving me the silent treatment
  2. Our French "wing" think that as the two biggest suppliers in France are predominately shredder builders, that is what everyone thinks that they should have. You are all correct in that shredders absorb HP for the size of material compared to chippers and they they handle dirty material better than chippers do but are slower processing woody material than chippers. Perhaps they need educating properly.
  3. I do believe that I just got the winning tickets!
  4. Shouldn't think Dave will want to sell that, it's a family heirloom! I got a photo of it somewhere pulling out his John Deere after that went sump deep and the ground swallowed a County too!

    Jokes???

Fairy liquid have updated their TV commercials to reflect modern England “Mummy why are your hands so soft?” “Cos I’m only fourteen innit, now shut the Hell up and eat your pot noodle before your dad gets home from school”

  10. Bizarre reaction! Hope your lad is okay and sorts his ride out soon enough.
  11. Yesterday I was stood by my dining room window watching a hedgehog feeding on my lawn whilst talking to Al, the GreenMech rep for Scotland and N England, and he was telling me that in Lanarkshire, there was 6-8" of Snow! Whilst I'm all for letting nature takes its path, my kids tell me I should get the rescue people in for the Hedgepig. What would you advise?
  12. Fnarr, Fnarr. Ooh er missus! Nurse! The screens please!
  13. Sorry to hijack this thread which was about compact chippers, like the CS100, JO Beau or the TW13/75. Your post seems to relate to bigger models and we, at GreenMech, like to hear constructive criticism so could you expand on your post?
  14. I was talking to a council chap the other day who was going to work on wednesday, he tells me that, if you are on less than £20k a year then you will not notice the affect. Furthermore, he was going to work as, the teachers would not go on strike for him so why should he loose a days money for them to get richer! In my opinion, Clarksons comment was a misguided but he has never been known as Mr Politically Correct, and his opinions are not generally taken seriously so I am shocked at the level of wasted media time and the hype over a pillock being stupid! I think it shows the remarkable talent of some to take the frivoulous to heart and blow it out of proportion for their own gains! Are the Unuions annoyed at the fact that he does not like or see the point of the strike action or that he (in bad taste) was over the top in suggesting such a punishment?
  15. Hmmm, why did the customer pay up? Not my idea of good work I admit, but this thread could get nasty. Remember please, no flaming, naming or shaming.
  16. Static displays are inside and working displays are outside with refreshments provided. It is by invitation only but I'm sure that if you phoned Keith Willcocks on 07721 985104. Come and see the GreenMech range, Julian Cullis the GreenMech area rep will be there as will Martin Lucas the GreenMech Sales Director.

    Jokes???

I was sat on the edge of the bed last night, pulling off my boxers when the wife said to me, "Please don't do that to the dogs...
  18. what is that statistic? 75% of all Landrovers made (since 1949) are still working. I think that says it all. I love them but understand why people like other stuff too.
  19. What are your expectations? Save money, make money or regenerate? You could sell it as scrap or use as a power pack and spend and rejuvinate! What is your ethic?
  20. Good news, indeed! Now I hope that the law decides that there was enough evidence to convict them and give them a worthwhile sentence.(highly unlikely though).
  21. My local Isuzu dealer principle called me yesterday to tell me that a a range of Rodeo trucks are due here next May. He tells that Malaysia already has it and it will look better than an Amorak, be more car like inside than the current range and features a 2.5 twin turbo diesel that will "pull very well and be very economical to run". Prices are expected to be very keen.
  22. We used to convert the 21" Sandvik saw to clip onto the fibre glass live line pruning rods. That way we could pole saw some 50' off the ground. I'm pretty sure I've still got a couple of sockets rusting in my garage somewhere. Trouble was that the saw could bridge the gap between LV phases and cause an outage!
  23. How do James?! Welcome, please take part and good luck in becoming an Arborist.

    Is this wrong?

Only 'fess up if it becomes an issue in the next 24hrs!
  25. Sorry Steve, I did not mean to start a hijacking. I'm all for training and govt assistance to those real employers with real jobs. Kids leaving school should have been aiming or aspiring to a work role for quite a while. Their parents and schools should have helped them to start and map out their future. But it would seem that that has got lost, perhaps citizenship needs to be instilled as a major part of there learning. Perhaps a form of conscription or voluntary work should replace the benefit system whereas at the moment people get something for nothing and think it is their right!
