That is roughly what we pay ourselves. We are in our second year now since we changed the company name, things are starting to look up now though for us and hope to take on another member a staff full time very soon.

I suppose your right we've just had bad luck with staff all want more wages than we even pay our selves to turn up late and do jack s**t.

I'd agree with Steve, only thing with that harness is even though the leg loops are built to be big and supportive they twist around so the wide section is on top and the thin strap digs into your leg underneath.

Because muppets from the job centre can't be trusted and won't work hard, also our log splitter runs off of our unimog!

I can not believe people buy timber for firewood production! Madness. we can't get rid of the stuff, we cut it all on the job ready for splitting as when we do get the odd day to split we don't want to be wasting time cross cutting but we hardly have time to keep up with it we've got about 40 tonnes of oak and ash. I didn't realize there was that much of a market for it.
