  4. It is very likely that a period of level/crack monitoring which proves cyclical movement associated with soil drying effects of vegetation, coupled with site investigations with positive root ID, foundation design information, and the properties of the soil will be required before a Local Authority will consider felling a TPO'd tree. If the tree is the found to be the cause then sadly there is no reasonable way to reduce your tree's water intake by pruning as the wounds would be too big for a beech to accommodate.

  11. You could probably find out WHO funded it with little effort. Perhaps it is a load of old bollocks but it seems that the same outcomes from COVID appear to be occurring in both the vaccinated and those who are unvaccinated.
  12. Seemingly so. Quite a bit has been written about the phenomenon: Incidence and burden of long COVID in Africa: a systematic review and meta-analysis WWW.NATURE.COM Scientific Reports - Incidence and burden of long COVID in Africa: a systematic review and meta-analysis
  13. So why is it happening in places in Africa where they didn't get any vaccinations?
  14. Everyone seems to have a cough. It looks like repeated infections of COVID whether symptomatic or asymptomatic weaken your immune system, which might explain the fact that normal colds/coughs aren't clearing up as quickly as normal. There's a 1 in 20 chance that if you get COVID you will go on to develop long COVID.

  16. I'd go for a deodar cedar and plan to fell it in 20-30 ish years when it gets too big, then plant something else and repeat the process. I would avoid planting one within 10 metres of a building you like if you're on clay soil.
  17. Take the nicking, don't say a word without a solicitor, that's the advice I was given by a mate who moonlighted as a copper.

Far-right groups and football hooligans ‘to descend on London during Palestine march’ WWW.INDEPENDENT.CO.UK The most prominent far-right messaging has come from former leader of the English Defence League Tommy Robinson It's looking increasing likely that the fash are going to cause trouble at tomorrow's peace march having been stirred up by the usual right-wing hate mob; which is pretty distasteful given that it's Armistice Day which is supposed to be all about peace.
