  5. A4-TMJ-Pain.docx Alex, these are the exercises that the dentist gave to me.
  6. I was diagnosed with a TMD. Gum shield from dentist sorted me out. It's not just grinding your teeth, clenching your jaw and can do it. My dentist told me that upper and lower teeth aren't supposed to touch each other for more than 25 seconds a day, and that includes eating. If you drive alot you may well be subconsciously 'gritting your teeth'. I bit through the first gum shield thing on the first night I had it.

  8. It might be that they determined it was utterly and completely turbo-grim, like the best bits of Cleethorpes x Frinton x Clacton, and vowed never to return.
  9. Someone put mirrors on it, so I reckon there's a fair chance that they did go there. List of retroreflectors on the Moon - Wikipedia EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG

  18. Ok, so they have had a drains survey, have they included trial pits in the site investigations? I would be very surprised if their cedar isn't a major factor in the movement throughout the property. I am struggling to understand why they are keeping that tree. Your cypress trees are within influencing distance of their property but I would be inclined to push for positive root ID, proof of desiccation, and seasonal movement before I felled them. Do you have copy of the report they have sent? (Redact the personal information before posting if so).
  19. Have your neighbours had trial pits dug and is there positive root ID from any roots found? That would go some way to locating the source of the current damage. Are you aware if level/crack monitoring is being undertaken?

  22. I imagine the exploding pagers and radios will have made a difference to their plans. That's before the Yids started raining fire on them. It'd be good to see some sort of end of hostilities in Gaza too, but that's not about to happen anytime soon.
