The list of jobs from your Reform propaganda doesn't mention Arboriculture. It is a fact that many European arbs have a higher level of training and skillset than many UK ones. The trees are generally bigger over there, for a start. Having the opportunity to go abroad, make good money, learn new skills, have some fun, and maybe bring those skills back is a worthwhile thing for this industry. This is a tree forum after all.
