  1. What a well thought out, sensible response! Rowan, I doubt very much topping the tree will help the crack in the trunk. And I'm sure if you asked the tree what IT wanted, it wouldn't say "Top me, mate." However, things could be worse... you coulda made coronet cuts, lol.
  2. Why ruin such a nice tree? That is just wack, yo. You're NOT SUPPOSED to do that to trees, don't ya'll know? British "arborculture" is sure different that American. I wonder who's doing the right thing?
  3. Another live oak trim on this glorious fourth of July friday. The last pic is the soybean field that was allowing a nice breeze to blow on me, cool beans!

  21. Nah, all we ever do here in the States are takedowns. Whenever a customer asks us to trim we laugh maniacally, then skip off into the sunset. Really. You got us pegged!
  22. Prove you otherwias what? So other than "Crazy Coronet Cutting" and accepted topping practices, how is it "worlds away?" I'm curious. We eat fish n chips, too.
