  10. if I had the work it would be a no brainer, Valtra with roof mouted crane, and big old tipper trailer, even better would be a trailer and crane combo like Skyhucks..
  11. trees such as these elms are hardly in the same boat as , hawthorn and poplars which contribute to the majority of utility arb work
  12. Snap............:icon14:

  16. in reality its a case of tractor with roof mount crane, or some kind of arb/forwarding trailer with crane.. or do a hgv, and get a proper lorry, or a mog with with crane
  17. not so sure Marc those little avants will have the reach to load a lorry, plus you'd need to trailer the loader about..
  18. horses for courses, i'd be happy with a little flatbed with crane at the mo, but you're correct lift, reach and payload is pathetic on 7500kg truck..
  19. what about a workshop on how to make top doller?
  20. i've seen tight little Isuzu 7.5 ton trucks with little fassi cranes on them for 12k
  21. very true Pete, I was going to mention the cost in my above post.. I doubt you'd be able to get a smaller truck and modern crane/loader under 10k
  22. modern lighter chasis of 7.5 tonners such as Cantors and Isuzus, and new lighter loaders/cranes will give you a payload of over 3 ton..
  23. cream, in a white room [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ud1Y7rXFEQg&feature=related[/ame]
  24. Queen we will rock you [ame] [/ame]
  25. I owned one, a top little truck , plenty of room for 2 blokes, the best little engine on the market, only truble is shes a heavy truck , at best you'l only get a ton on it, illegaly she will carry 3 with no problems at all, and the Grafter will pull 3.5 ton all day every day.. The roof vent is a neat little feature, whilst your transit and other 3.5 ton truck owners are swelltering on a hot summer day, or being blown to kingdom come with the windows down , you won't be!
